I would definitely and whole-heartedly recommend this roaster to everyone looking for a sturdy, reliable, large roaster. I was concerned at first that it might not hold my 22lb turkey, but I used it today and it worked out beautifully!. The rack does not have pointed “feet” that dig into the pan, as so many others do, so there were no scratches or dings from our monstrous bird. It was cleaned with a scouring pad and returned. The bottom of the pan has scrapes and marks all around the edges that one would see with used pans from pulling them in and out of the oven. So very disappointed in BBB for sending me this used pan.

Now one thing i have noticed about other “anti stick” pans is that some of them tend to not hold up so well with metal spatulas. My daughter loves to cook but she always uses the metal spatulas no matter what she is making. At first glance there really is nothing special looking about these pans. I’ve never really seen anything other than cast iron skillets (as far as pots/pans) being used inside an oven. We’re gonna be cooking our steaks soon in the oven, but now Ninja Foodie is making harder to decide whether to use the pan to cook our steaks in the oven or our Ninja Foodie XL Pro Grill. And although it does mention that you can use metal cooking utensils, I’ve stuck mainly with my plastic utensils so far.
